Our warehouse is located in China, the goods will be shipped from China mainland.

The package can be tracked on 17track.net. Or if you need a team member's help to check up, please contact our service team at service@enginediyshop.com and we will be in touch with a status update.

If you made the purchase via Credit Card and failed, could you please contact with Stripe Support Team for solution? Or if the issue cannot be solved, please no worry, we accept Paypal payment as well.

For the order, if not shipped out yet, please contact our Service Support Team at service@enginediyshop.com. We will cancel your order and provide you with a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days, after you received our confirmation on the cancellation.

Contact the Enginediyshop Service Team at service@enginediyshop.com to confirm details and ensure that the item meets the return conditions. Once an agreement is reached, the Service Team will provide you with detailed return information. Please provide the return tracking number after shipping the item back.
