Missing syringe part and other issues

The product appears to be of high craftsmanship, however the advertised syringe was not included with my package. Now, I have to see if the company can send me one or if I have to buy one separately, which is a pain. I haven't tested it out yet for this reason. Additionally, the product does not match the advertised product in the pictures on the store website since mine is missing the vertical metal strip with the word "Microcosm®". Lastly, the included informational/instruction sheet is very poorly written, as if written by a non-native English speaker who was deprived of a decent education.

Great engine, starts easy and runs good. Only thing I am not happy with are the oil cups. Way to small and take a lot of time to keep refilled. Need a better oiling system.
